Introduction:
Cast Tungsten Carbide Welding Rods is tubular steel welding rod filled with first-melt quality cast tungsten carbide (CTC).
composition W2C and WC alloy particles, hardness 93HRA melting point 1600-1800 degrees.
It is suitable for surfacing welding of oil drilling tools, building materials machinery, sugar cane crushing tools, drilling bits, straw returning mill and feed mill blades and other easily worn parts to make it alloy wear-resisting tools.
Tungsten carbide products are widely used in oil drilling tools, construction machinery easy to wear parts of the surface reinforcement and hardening.
Method of use:
Oxygen - acetylene flame surfacing, with high wear resistance.
